Our Mission

We’re on a mission to Mentor, Educate, and Nurture boys and young men.

WE EXIST TO

TRANSFORM YOUNG LIVES

PTBCI believes that protecting the boy child is non-negotiable. From out-of-school rates and drug abuse to cultism, crime, and a silent mental health crisis, Nigerian boys are falling through the cracks - yet remain largely invisible in development programming and public discourse.

We believe that every man has an inner child unhealed, and we are here to close that gap.

We want to build a structured ecosystem.

of mentorship, education, and nurturing for every boy, regardless of location.

OUR PARTNERS

HAVE COLLECTIVE POWER

Nigeria has a boy child crisis. We're gathering the voices loud enough to confront it - thought leaders, celebrities, and media partners, in one room, for a conversation built to travel far beyond it. We're now opening partnership doors to brands and organisations ready to put their name behind the next generation of Nigerian men.

Everything we do is guided by these values:

Presence

Boys aren't saved by programs; they're saved by people who show up. Everything PTBCI does starts with a consistent adult in a boy's corner. We show up, and we keep showing up.

Dignity

No boy is a lost cause, a statistic, or a charity case. We meet every boy and man with respect for who he is and belief in who he can become.

Honesty

We tell the truth about boyhood - the silence, the pressure, the neglect - even when it's uncomfortable. No performance, no pretence, no PR versions of pain.

Community

No man heals alone and no organisation raises boys alone. We build rooms - where men talk, women are included in the conversation, and every mother, mentor, teacher, and partner is part of the work.

Legacy

We're not raising boys for today; we're raising the fathers, husbands, and leaders of the next generation.
